Accommodations: Up forward there is an office with desk, shelves, seat and storage, two opening ports and a hatch. Moving aft is the head with large clothes locker and separate shower. The main salon (7’ headroom) has two settees for seating 10 people comfortably, bookshelves on the port side and table on starboard side, a large opening hatch and also access to the 4 double beds (size 54” x 75”) which are situated on the wings. The galley is to port with stainless steel sink, new taps & plumbing and foot pumps for fresh and salt water. Also new tiled counter top. Medium sized propane refrigerator, 4-burner stove with oven in excellent condition, plenty of locker space and galley ware storage. To starboard, opposite galley is the Nav Station with desk and shelves and chart storage above. Aft of the center cockpit is the aft cabin with standing head room which was converted into a workshop with a vice and worktop and plenty of room for tool storage. 5 Alpen Glow Lights. In 2003, hauled out and did reconstruction around rudderpost and custom built the swim steps on rear of main hull. Sunshine has 3 cockpits which are uncluttered, the center cockpit has wheel steering and large access to engine room. The two outer cockpits have lots of seating room. Additional: Apprx. 500 charts covering Alaska to Chile, S. Pacific Islands to Australia, Asia, Red Sea to the Mediterranean. 8’ Walker Bay Dinghy with Oars and Sail Kit, 8’6” West Marine Inflatable with Yamaha 2.5 hp Outboard, Laptop Computer with Color Printer, and Sewing Machine. Ironwood keel added to main hull, 17’ long x 12” deep, shaped and glassed into hull, this allows Sunshine to be beached for bottom painting.Current owners have lived aboard for the 2.5 years they have owned her and have maintained her to high standards and have made many improvements. Sunshine was built in Washington State and has travelled extensively from Alaska to Chile, out to Easter Island and returned to Central America where she is currently.
